Every single time I try to access my Molina account the user names and/or password "is not correct". I write it down every single time and change it every time and it NEVER WORKS.

It's the most frustrating and annoying issue ever. Clearly there is an issue with your website.

They are making it hard to pay the bill! Fix your *** website, it's not user friendly!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Same here. The website has been a joke since I got molina.

I've had endless loops of resetting passwords and trying to log in with nothing but incorrect password prompts or "you are not logged in or the session is expired".

Tried to call and it says nobody is available now because the system is down. Just terrible


I’ve been having the same issue for months. Tried resetting my password five times and each time I type in the new password it still says it’s incorrect even though it IS NOT INCORRECT.

So frustrating. They need to fix this. I’ve ran out of passwords to try to memorize in order to log in to this horrible website. They need to at least acknowledge that this is an issue.

Send your members an email or something? So unprofessional.
