When ever I call about 15-20 minutes prior to you closing.

Your UNPROFESSIONAL customer service representatives pick up the phone and literally HANG UP on me. They don't want to take phone calls 15/20 minutes before it's time for them to go home.

It's a call center, Monitor their calls. I rush out of work to call before your closing time.

But, yet have to keep calling because I get hung up on, right when they answer. RUDE

I have had those same problems. Can't call from work, not allowed, so rush home to call before they close and get hung up on, transferred to the wrong Dept. Who of course can't transfer me to the "right" department so have to hang up and call back and do it all over again.
