Upon enrolling in Molina Healthcare, we selected a doctor from Molina's list of primary care physicians. Found out that doctor did not accept Molina Healthcare.
Found another doctor who did accept Molina. Had to ask for the ID cards to be changed. Everything fine for 3 months. Received new ID cards in the mail two weeks ago, don't know why, with the first doctor as the primary care.
Called Molina, asked them to change us back to the other doctor. They said they would reissue the ID cards. Received the new cards yesterday, they were not corrected, they had the same doctor! My opinion is that Molina Healthcare administration is incompetent.
I called today and asked to speak to a supervisor or manager, they refused to connect me to a person of authority. My recommendation is to stay away!!!!
