3 years ago I got a blood pressure machine and worked fine for a year even though they gave me a child small cuff that was too small I dealt with it, because it took the run a month to get approved for it. well about a year ago, the machine was giving me wrong readouts and not working, and everyone kept saying it was just the cuff and they would only pay for a new cuff, I told them it was whole machine, and got run around even though pharmacist proved it and tested it and got fed up.

I just quit trying, at rate im going ill be dead by the time, well recently I got a new doctor ad has been tryig to get this replace. at first they said they were sending over wrong code to get approved then we were all on the same page and on line and said they needed to send over a dme code, I guess they sent over a cpt code. first time, well I called on Friday ad they said they got corrected info. and was being reviewed.

. called today, and they said doctor sent over wrong code which was not true, the pharmacitst and them said they sent over the wrong code and they need to submit under a cpt code which isn't true pharmacist said only way to get it to go through is a dme code.

obviously they don't kow the crap they are doing and giving my doctors office the run around and pharicsit too to get out of paying for a replacement. and every time talk to them, I call and they lie and say a different story.
