My appointment for the ride was confirmed the night before on March 2. March 3 nobody showed. When I called Molina they said they could only give me the customer service number. Seriously? I was already late and you want me to sit and talk to a rep while I could call my own paid ride in that time? I called uber. A ride was available 2 minutes away. The dr was nice enough to see me anyway because normally if you are 10+ late they will make you reschedule.

RAINMAKER ALL OVER

Do not answer phone and the only doctors on there approved list or will take there insurance is bottom of bucket. No Good Doctors or Networks will take there insurance.

My son has CLL.

Molina denied 98.5% of ALL year scheduled by his Oncologist. He has since gotten REAL insurance thru his work. Thank God. Now, Molina, &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; IRS have tied up his 2019 Tax refund. Today 2-9-21. I checked Molina's SHAREHOLDERS/STOCK, there are some Major Companies on that list. "IT'S ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMI///N'S". //OHIO./// MINUS -10.

I was tried to call customer service and had been hold for couple hours . No one answer. look like it is a ghost insurance company. Bad service.no

No id cards

I have tried twice calling member services to reach a representative, but I am forced to make a payment then get placed on hold and both times wound up hung up on. Ive just made my first payment, but I have yet to receive my id cards and they should have been here in December. Also why is there all ready a charge for a second month when coverage didnt even start until January 1st???? I cant even log on to set up an online log in and try to view them digitally and I have two med refills that I need urgently!!!!

Terrible experience

The website is a disaster and there is no customer service bc no one answers the phone. As a customer, I feel that the company doesn't care at all about its patients. I'm trying to change my son's doctor's so zhe can see a doctor, something so simple, but I have to be over 1 hour on the phone waiting with no luck at the end and I also can't do it online.

Pissed off

A truly useless company. I have waited over an hour still nobody pick up. They say you can chose from 300+ providers in my area but after 6 hours on the phone I found only one will take them 20 miles away for a primary care provider really!

Terrible service

No member service They do not answer the phone I called 10 times on hold for hours and no one will answer my calls. There is a record and documentation that I called several times a day. I cannot get authorization for a medical procedure. I need to know what my cost will be if I can afford it. My Dr. cannot get authorization Terrible service all you can do is make a payment. I contacted healthcare.gov , they have all this information .They gave me the Ohio insurance co phone number to file a complaint against Molina. If I do not get an answer I will file a complaint with the State and the Governors office. Kathy Minerd 000285**** 330-540-****

A available dr i need

5 times they send me a dr either they dont exizt or not taking molina insur. Ive been trying for 12 days you guys are worthless but the premium you dont mind cashing in while im suffering with no medicine and a cure my knee is bad

Your system is crap since january 1st i cant gey a primary dr one doenst exizt the other doesnt except one doesnt take new patience one till the end of febuary and no contact dierect number to customer service im thinking on quiting this atupid healthcare system and paying out of pocket. Molina is worthless

You cancelled my policy due to non payment?

They never tried contacting me. They just kept giving me the run around.

As of today I haven’t even received a cancellation notion in the Mail.

I wonder how many people they did this to during the pandemic. I am without insurance now because I can not afford other insurance company rates that I have contacted.

All I have received is a run around. They keep sending me to numbers that you can’t talk to a real person and when I finally talked to someone they agreed that I did re new my policy but they can’t help me.

So frustrating and now a senior without my insurance.

They keep saying enrollment is closed? Watch out seniors.

I have proof that I renewed my policy for 2021 on November 19th for $137.59 and was told I did not have to do anything else. I never received any paperwork or invoice so I called in on December 23rd to make my payment like I always do. The message was I had a credit of 0? Was unable to make a payment so I waited a day and tried again. Same thing happened. No way to talk to a real person. So I kept trying and this past week the message was your account has been cancelled due to lack of payment . I was in shock. I contacted a company called Pissed Consumer and they were able to get in touch with someone at Molina in NM. They left me a voice Mail and said there was just a miss understanding and gave me a different number to call (844-741-****). I called several times and was oh hold at least 1 hour each time and still didnt get to talk to a real person. Someone please call me so this can get straightened Out.

I have not received any welcome packet therefore I don't have a card and have had to PAY out of my pocket for my meds yesterday.

I have waited on hold many times with no success. My Dr also tried to get them and so did the pharmacy. I want to have my payment taken out of my account each month but it seems like a ghost company. Noone seems to be able to help me from the Market Place. I had Ambetter and they were great. I don't know why I had to be switched after 3 years.

Long Hold Time

Billed an incorrect monthly charge.
