I am having an issue with my insurance

I'm trying to get my medication and Molina saying that there's another insurance company, which there is not any other insurance. I'm unemployed please help I need my medication I don't have any money at this point please and help Sincerely appreciate it Jovan.

2022 molina medicare is not answering phones.

Being holding the phone for hours, nobody is answering the phone. I have medicare advantage plan with Molina in Florida I'm very disappointed because I can't contact customer service and my problems or concerns don't get any attention. I'm really thinking to get legal advice .

Molina does NOT cover most prescriptions!!! Molina does NOT cover most procedures!!! Horrible. Terrible. Molina does NOT care!!!!!!! Mina agents do NOT care and are trained to LIE about everything and will say or do anything to get you to hang up and quit.

I have tried getting help for multiple issues and the member services team can't resolve it. They also won't or can't let me talk to a supervisor. My biggest gripe is there is no accountability. They are working from home and eventually hang up on my after 90 minutes because I guess they can't figure it out. Since the calls aren't recorded there's no recourse for them AND they NEVER call me back. Extremely poor service if you have issues to resolve. Can't blame it ALL on COVID people!! Paying for a full price plan, no subsid

I can't find a doctor that will except this coverage plus their site has doctors that aren't even av available or have moved on or work only in nursing homes. I called all none said yes to Molina

I have not been able to reach a representative in 3 days..I've been on hold this time for 1 hr. I'll never get that time back . thanks for absolutely nothing Molina

Received letter in June stating that insurance had been terminated in February. I had continued making payments, not knowing that the policy had been terminated. When called, they stated that it would take a few weeks to send a refund check. Still no check, but, received another bill in October! Not Good..

Molina Healthcare does NOT care! Molina refuses MOST prescriptions and MOST medical procedures!! Have you tried calling Molina's so-called "customer service" - what a WASTE of time. Impossible to get to a HUMAN - esp a human who gives a damn! Molina is USELESS and offers NO HELP. Does NO good to offer Molina and then DENY ALL MEDICATIONS AND PROCEDURES?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

They get $800.00 per month, and so far, have denied my diabetic testing equipment, and three prescriptions. Their "Health Care" has worsened my condition, and has created new ones. This is the worst health insurance I've ever seen!
