I had a fall and broke my shoulder. Yes, I contacted Molina they refused to pay for visit to emergency room!

Molina tell you, in an emergency go to the closest hospital. And after you go to the emergency room they refuse to pay saying it was not in network. After that they could not provide with orthopedic doctor. It took me to find a doctor myself as Molina did not and could not find doctor.

I was told to call around to find a doctor and see if he would sign up with Molina. It took me over 8 weeks with a broken shoulder, the doctor told me if I had come soon after the fall I would not required a total shoulder replacement.

A friend toll me about this doctor contracted with Molina, but Molina never gave me his name. Additionally Molina only pay a fraction of medical bills so I am left with huge medical bills that could of been avoided but for Molina incompetence.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $15.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Full of bul-shi- with lies.
