My wife has been on the Molina Silver 150 plan since Jan 2015. It cost us over $600 per month last year and then they raised the 2016 monthly premium by 25% with no prior notification. They are now denying payment for services they covered last year. They also waited almost 90 days to submit claims resulting in us getting bills for service over 6 months ago. I am trying to get a replacement pump because the place that I have to go to for insulin pump supplies don't service my current pump.Every time I think that I have everything in that is needed, something else is needed. I am running out of insulin supplies and no one is willing to help.I believe that this company does not care at all.
