Molina Healthcare - Customer Care Review

I called at the beginning of March to update my provider. Then I called again to make sure that tge provider was updated.
They verified with me both times that the update has been made.
But come to find out, now that I'm sick and in need to see a doctor, that I can't even see my PCP because Molina didn't update my information when I called on March 3rd. I will not be renewing my contract with them at the end of the year.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
