My doctor ordered an MRI and MOLINA decided to play doctor and denied it after taking three weeks to make up their minds all my medical records are on computer which shows severe arthritis and bone to bone, they think they can cure bone to bone which causes severe pain. My doctor also sent a prescription to Walgreens which they had to review three weeks before finally approving which I needed so I paid $108.00 to get pain meds I am 78 years old please do not use MOLINA for your insurance needs they are by far the worst My x-rays showing the need for an MRI are on file the second step was to try an injection into the joint it lasted two days when submitted to Molina I paid my deductible of fifty dollars and then received a bill from St Luke's for another three hundred that Molina would not pay ((and they had approved this procedure and then only covered a small amount I am also writing a letter to social security they should be denied the pro ledge of issuing insurance
