I have contacted them multiple times. They lied to me on numerous occasions and tried to blame the Dr.’s office.

Have tried to speak with their Hippa person and have been refused this also. They deny majority of request, then inform you they will send you a denial letter so that you can appeal. Nope. No denial letters ever come.

SC pays this company and they actually should be filing lawsuits against this company for fraud. How do these people make life or death decisions without a medical degree? Another thing they won’t tell you is what type of “medical degree” the decision makers have. I go to real doctors who have the services of other QUALIFIED medical associates.

So who’s playing God telling my professionals what I need. If you didn’t have mental health conditions prior to dealing with Molina, you will afterwards.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
