As a provider, we constantly have to call Molina for authorization (because they won't give us proper access to their provider portal) and the hold times are INSANE! After holding for nearly 30 minutes, the line will get transferred to a disconnected phone EVERY.
SINGLE. TIME. And IF you ever do get someone on the phone, they act as if you are inconveniencing them and are as rude as ever! The only luck I've had is by calling the member line and they are kind enough to help me after complaining the provider line never wants to answer.
Molina needs to GET IT TOGETHER! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!
