i was considering the molina silver consumer choice 250 plan for 2017, but no one could answer the simplest question about benefits,such as, rx deductible, is this an epo,ppo or hmo. i don't want to have a clueless insurance company at any price.
what a nightmare that could be! the lady i spoke to today said that " because i was not registered with the company, they could not give out that information. how can i register without having the information to choose this company over the other companies i am considering?
she was the fourth different person i had spoken to. she told me to go to the company website, which i had done many times after speaking to the first person over a week ago.
