i was considering the molina silver consumer choice 250 plan for 2017, but no one could answer the simplest question about benefits,such as, rx deductible, is this an epo,ppo or hmo.i don't want to have a clueless insurance company at any price.

what a nightmare that could be! the lady i spoke to today said that " because i was not registered with the company, they could not give out that information. how can i register without having the information to choose this company over the other companies i am considering?

she was the fourth different person i had spoken to.she told me to go to the company website, which i had done many times after speaking to the first person over a week ago.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of customer service. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss poor customer service of molina healthcare customer care. Molina Healthcare needs to "i just needed to vent" according to poster's claims.
