I had surgery on my ankle in January, It is now almost July and I called the Hospital to find out why I had not received a bill and was told it was because they were appealing a denied service with Molina that had preapproved and were waiting to bill me. I appreciate the Hospital!

Molina has sent out a statement to me showing they would pay it, but now they won't. They also charge me specialist copay to see my pcp, they blame the Dr., the Dr. says it happens with every Molina patient no matter how they bill it.

It seems like I call them several times a month with one billing issue or another. Over priced for crappy insurance.
