I have had this insurance for 2 years now and I have never used it and am in debt with medical bills that they should've been paying. Why?

because they never sent me my insurance card. I got a big welcome packet and get newsletters from them all the time. But no card. So I go online to request a new card, surprise!!

you can only do that if you make an account and you need all the info on your card to do any of that. I have tried calling their customer service and it never goes through. Just says "dialing" with no ringtone. No the problem is not my phone other people can call me just fine.

They have NO chat or email customer service only calling. I have gone through this whole process probably 6 times in the past two years and always come up empty handed.

I cant believe that mine and other people's TAXES have paid for this *** and i haven't been able to use it even once! I have tried switching my insurance company through my states insurance page, but I cant do that without my account number either, I guess I am just SOL.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $800.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
