I found out my son as pneumonia and needs antibiotics amon other medications. Molina screwed up something to where he shows active in one system and not the other.

I was told by there after hours nurse dept to have the pharmacy call a # for a 3 day override. Pharmacy was told at first they didnt do such a thing. Next they had a nurse co tact the pharmacy directly for a resolution, only to be told theres nothing they could do since my son doesnt show active in Caremark's system. This is the company who assists molina with formulary approval.

They were not able to assist us and I am completely frustrated at this point.

It should be as simple as obtaining the necessary info from Molina and approving the service but no. I will never ever deal with a "health" insurance company who cannot be there for my son in his time of need.
