Molina is by far the most useless health insurance anyone could have, the government should shut them down instead of offering them as one of their go to services. They limit you to only one pharmacy and that's CVS in my area, major inconvenience! And the CVS pharmacy aren't even aware of this policy and procedures. Also when it comes to getting a brace or other Doctor ordered medical supply, they don't cover it to any extent, not even a partial payment. Can't wait till October to change to a better health insurance like HAP.

One thing. MolinaHealthCare is the biggest piece of *** there is. Horrible customer service, I do not recommend this *** healthcare to anyone. Run around from 15 diff people, in regards to a posted payment to a wrong *** account.. Did I mention those $98 were applied to an UN EXISTING ACCOUNT? These people will make it impossible to refund your money back. STAY AWAY. Biggest piece of *** ever!

I've been trying to contact them for weeks now to cancel and I haven't been able to. Their website says they're open until 8pm on weekdays and until 5pm on Saturdays. They're not. They're open until 5pm on the weekdays and not at all on Saturday. Getting a hold of them is impossible if you actually have a job. There's no way to email them or contact them in any way shape or form if you work 7am to 5:30pm on the weekdays. They need to really update their website to reflect their correct hours. Don't bother with them, you'll end up trapped.

Terrible terrible terrible. Should be sued. My gf was given a list of 10 providers within 25 miles. Half didnt answer the phone, half didn't have any appointments. Every phone call with Molina is an hour wait time. How can anyone get help like that? Even the provider at urgent care had to wait an hour to verify benefits while my gf was writhing in pain in the waiting room. Finally, Molina found us a doc to go to and it was in the middle of the ghetto! Had prison bars IN THE WAITING ROOM. Definitely need a second opinion. Not sure how we will get it. This is all despite a $270/month policy. This is so upsetting.

You know, it is terrible to see how easily this company resolves matters with a few words. Unfortunately , myself as a customer, still have no medical attention or medicine.

All I get is the run around. It seems this is the policy in Molina. "Grow First" then maybe then, one day we will give attention to the customer. No ethnic!

Unfortunately it affects us all as a public and humanity!!!!!! God Bless You.

Molina Healthcare - Emergency Service Review from Allen, Texas

Twisted my knee skiing January17, 2005 went to a medical emergency clinic in Taos NM on the 18th x-ray showed no broken bone so they sent me away with crutches and pain meds and told me to go to my pcp when I got home. My pcp couldn't get me in until March so called Molina and they gave me the name of a pcp that could see me. She recommended a MRI which was quickly denied by Molina. I paid for the MRI out of my pocket and the findings were a comminuted tibial plateau fracture and microscopic fracture of the fibula along with torn/disrupted ACL, MCL sprain or full disruption and several other tears and sprains. Called Molina and actually got hung up on! Called my pcp 4 times and still no follow up. Just received the bill in full from the NM clinic due to Molina denying the charges! It is now over a month and nothing has been done! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I am stuck at this point and regretting my decision to give this company my hard earned $570 per month for nothing!!!

My wife Diana Bosquez was told that effective April 1,2015 she was a member of Molina Ins. This process started back in Feb 2015. As of today she still cannot see a Dr, or get her RX'S filled. This is very unprofessional by molina ins we have talked to so many people it sad that a person has to suffer because of Molina Ins is incompetent to fix this problem after 2 months of talking to 10 or more people employed by Molina Ins. Molina Healthcare Long Beach, CA Is A Dangerous Fraud

I am a Caregiver. My client was pushed into Molina at the first of the year 2014 instead of her previous Medicare/Medical (Medi/Medi) coverage. The past year has been a complete healthcare nightmare with this incompetent HMO. Doctors not being paid. Procedures being delayed for weeks and weeks before approval. Lab work not being paid. Very limited availability of mental care professionals. And the ride service offered by Molina has shown up on time exactly twice out of eleven attempts. When contacted about these failures to provide adequate coverage, one is transferred from one department to another, then back again, from one person to another person to another person, none of whom can answer your complaints. Molina Healthcare Long Beach is a healthcare disaster. This company is a fraud and endangers the lives of it's members.

Since I applied Molina healthcare insurance successfully, I already paid my payment on the phone for next month. However, they still sent me their bill WTF! I directly ignore the bill, and then they sent me an email on 13th and said that the bill is due on 12th WTF ! Ridiculous! I called them and they transfer me into another department, I held my phone almost 30 min No One Pick Up the phone... This company sucks, they don't care about their customers. Bad customer service. Also, their website really suck. You really cannot check your payment online. You'll never know whether you paid or not. Don't choose this company.

I chose Molina health insurance, because they offered a plan where you could supposedly see your primary care physician without meeting an annual deductible and only pay a $20 copay. I found out this was a lie!

After seeing my primary care physician, paying the $20 copay, and providing them with my insurance information, I received a bill for the visit. According to the doctor's office assistant, Molina denied the claim stating that I didn't meet my annual deductible. I then contacted Melina's customer service. They told me that they made a mistake and should have paid the claim.

They asked me to have the doctor's office resubmit the claim. I called the doctor's office and asked them to resubmit the claim. This did nothing to resolve the issue. They denied the claim again!

I called Molina's customer service again, but now I was told the claim was denied because the doctor provided services. The services that were on the bill were a blood pressure check and weight check(BMI). I was there to get blood pressure medications refilled. That's it.

No other services. Well, according to Molina's customer service, this changed the office visit to outpatient services subject to the annual deductible. I don't know about anyone else, but I've never been to any doctor that didn't get my weight and blood pressure. Molina just found, or made up, a way to get out of paying for primary care physician office visits once they got all of us suckers to sign up.

So deceiving!!

I can't wait to get away from these lying and cheating bastards! Please beware!

I live in Texas and have Molina as my provider, this company is nothing but a fraud and scam artist. They have list of PCP but non of them accepting Molina these providers are upset that Molina is using their name to scam people. People running Molina should be in jail for charging people every month knowing well that they have no service to offer.

I had to see a dr. for my UI. I made the appointment. They gave me one, but I had to wait for a month to go in. Then they called me and said that they had to cancel my appointment, but I can come in as a walk in. I came in as a walk in and they told me that the dr. for walk in did not show up after I waited for a couple of hour. Because the dr. didn't come in, they suggested that I go to the urgent care on Hamlet, which I did. Meanwhile, this place gave me a different appointment, which is again, is not till another month. I was supposed to be seen this Friday, but they called again to tell me that they have to reschedule my appointment. I changed my primary dr. as soon as I called them back to hear what kind of BS they have to tell me this time. I have to give it some kind of a star, so that's why it's 1.

I have a serious heart condition that requires certain meds for me to live. I was paying four dollars for my medication, until my insurance kicked in from Molina, now it's $353, because Molina won't cover it.

Molina asked for prior authorization from my PHP, and they denied me because it's a compound drug. Molina made me take the two drugs that are in the medication separately , and my health has declined drastically. Compound drugs are compound for a reason. Molina said if took the drug separately and it didn't work, get another prior authorization and I will be approved for the correct medication.

They lied I was denied again. MOLINA IS KILLING PEOPLE!!! This insurance provider is set up not to pass any authorization for any drug at all.

If my PHP and my cardiologist say I need this medicine for my heart to become stronger, why is Molina denying me. I am literally afraid of dying.

this is garbage company. i will never go for it. you will never get your answer when you call them. only thing you get is wait, when you call them. i think there is no one works in customer service. they are just being an ****** thats all, no customer service. this is something you never want to get. i am tired of this company. i don't have word for this *** company. i called them at 9am and they never answered me till 3:45pm. i called them *** 1000 time and this *** people never answered. no feed back either

Molina nightmare

only have been with them a month but can't get any prescriptions refilled without prior authorization. Now, off meds been on for 6 years while I wait. Some of meds are suppose to require weaning of the medication. Pharmacist told me one RX is dangerous if not weaned off of. Probably will stop payment on last bill paid for February. Absolutely have no choice of doctors. I received a letter stating a website to visit to choose my primary care physician. The next day I received a letter with the name of the Doctor they chose for me. Not getting a good feeling about this insurance plan.

Molina Transportation sucks, they make up excuses when their drivers doesn't show up. I experienced rudeness when I spoke with a supervisor.

I also had to reschedule 6 appointments in one month for the same doctor before thanksgiving.

I was waiting for a return trip from the dentist I waited 4 hours after having 3 wisdom teeth pulled and the medication wore off before the driver came back "you talking about major pain" plus what they need to do is fire community transportation and hire responsible drivers.

I have been trying to get specialists since my hospitalization back in Novemeber 2014. After numerous attempts and being assigned to medicaid management resolve for assistance. I have finally decided to change to another insurance. Not one doctor that was called on the list accepted Molina. I was always told they would get back in touch with me and never did. No regard for the patient. Im done!

Have sent no information to us about our coverageand have not even sent a bill .

We have not herd from Molina since we signed up Jan 1 no bill where to pay no information about coverage nothing. so I called them and the healthcare network to fine out what was going on the healthcare network had sent them all the information and even talked with them, so they finally said I could pay over the phone. at that point they said we were covered but they sent no insurance cards, and when I called to ask about why we have not received any cards they said we have not paid and that we could only get cards if we paid, at that point I told them that I paid over the phone them checked my bank statement which said that they were paid and I had to fax them the information showing that I paid and we still have no ins cards. there is something very wrong with this company. I will be reporting them to the State Dept. for Ins Company you should do the same. The no. IS 1-80*-236-****
