Has next to no providers in wisconsin. I spent 45mins on hold just to give a payment. Later at one of the only walk in clinics i find out Molina has no record of me and if they did no one around here accepts it. Completly useless as an insurance carrier.

Had same experience in Dallas. No one takes the insurance even though the card they sent me lists a doctor.

The card said I could go to Urgent Care for $15 copay and I could find no Urgent Care that took the insurance. Also was vague telling me what my Primary care co/pay would be.

Have reported them to the Fed. Trade Commission at 877-438-**** as well as the State Dept of Insurance here in TX at 800-252-****.

"Molina"Our first health insurance payment of 625.00 was due December 26th we send the payment December 17th bank bill pay. Payment was there before the 26th. I called weeks later they claimed they didn't receive our payment. No card no booklet on insurance. I applied with this company in November. It's 1/17/2016 and no insurance card but, just received a bill from this company stating we now own 625.00 x 2 I can't see a Doctor because apparently I don't have insurance yet!! I'm Done with this insurance company...... What a waste of money and time!!!!

Double Charges

This company is a fraud. The agent pretended that my initial payment did not go thru, and would have to process it again. I complied, thinking that is possible. I asked for a confirmation #, so I could balance my acct. I went to my bank online, only to discover that I was double charged. I immediately (not possible, had to wait over 1 hour) to say, I didn't authorize them to double charge my card. I simply got that this was legal, and Healthcare.gov gave them permission to do so (lie). I got both on the line, Molina then stated, that this was a technical error, and that if I canceled my service, they would refund my monies. As of yet, no refund, however, I have filed a complaint, and will look at if I can file fraudulent charges against them.

Dispute it with your bank and get them to refund it. Tell them molina said they will refund it

Molina Health care, Processing payments.

We enroll with Molina at the begining of December, received the bill for January and sent the payment on December 23rd. My bank shows that Molina deposit the payment on their account on Dec 30th. I went to the pharmacist on jan 4th and they told me that I was not insured, we have called every day of the week since then and we still cannot have anyone to resolve our problem. We sent copy of the deposit by fax and still everytime we call they say that they are still processing our request. Today is Jan 18th and thinking what should we do for next month. Can we change providers? Everytime you call they say that they are back up for months, so who pays months of an insurance and not get the service?

Molina is $@&!

This is my first day of Molina health service .my pharmacist says that my Molina account is invalid ...hmmm it wasn't last week when they took my money and said you are all set .it is also Friday .molina only does business with their customers 12 hours a day 5 days a week and so unless I fork out another 100 bucks for Meds I will be going without . Unfortunately I cannot do that .

I suppose I should have researched much much more before buying .oh well guess everyone has an extra 100 bucks to *** away....... What happened to the time when customers meant everything to a business .i think we have become too preoccupied to the point where we just lay down and take it .

It is a sad day when we need them more than they need us ..!!!! I hope if you read this that you have fared better than I ...

Molina marketplace does not care if you get your medication or not. I have Ben out of medication for days and they want medical notes to determine if I need it. There prior auth department could care less if you live or die. The policy is ridiculous and unethical. I will be buying a new policy and most likely not getting my money back as well. have been out for a total of 7 days. I am severely sick and have called numerous times. There should be laws against them invading your privacy as well. I

Doctor does not response

hello, i m from irving texas 75038 is zip code, i changed doctor two times and doctor don't want to check up me because i have molina marketplace health insurance silver 100 plan. so i need doctor for check up , now i am using pain killer. i have to changed doctor or insurance? i can checkup by them . any idea u can provide me so that i can do any process for it. i have language communication problem also. if i can get respond as soon as possible i will be thankful to u.

Hello there. I believe you can google where you can go in your area and use your molina health care insurance.

Just google it. Or if not...go to the molinahealthcare website and look for the centers that accept the insurance.

I hate molina ane their "transporation", they either dont pick you up, or dont take you to the locations that you called for in advance, and have a confirmstion number for. Its small oversight like the several ive experienced, that make federally funded programs, look below avg. In comparison to private insurance. This lack of transportation, has failed miserably. I rearrange , and plan ahead, get th kids out of school earlt. Take ofd work. All for them to say " oh we cant make it". They need better damage control. And not contract with every greedy cab company. I hate it!

Absolutely the worst care I have ever EVER had! I am 7 1/2 months pregnant and in that 7 months I have had the worst experience of my life. I was randomly removed and placed in other care and was unable to see my OB For a month until I was back on. 7 months pregnant now and I am not covered until January first. I can't see.my doctor for another month again! I have never been so stressed out in a pregnancy in my life. I hate the state insurance I hate molina customer service and I hate obama!!!!!!!

You have no idea how or why this pregnant woman has come to be in the position she is in.

Sometimes people need help and just because someone is on Medicaid does not mean they do not deserve care just like anyone else.

Waste of Time

If you have nothing going on in your life and plenty of time to spare on the phone you will love Molina Healthcare. Be the first caller in the *** in the morning or be ready to wait on Hold listening to annoying immunization songs for at least one hour. They do not have a customer or member services email address, a direct line for payments, nor a call back option to reserve your place in the *** when experiencing high call volume or during peak times, etc.

Molina cut off my husbands and my insurance due to a copy of a certificate that they needed from me. I faxed it to them loke 5 times.

Now they have it but they are unable to tell me why they cant activate my insurance again. They suck. Their customer service representatives suck.

I had such a bad time I went out of my way to write some bad reviews everytime I go here they are constantly pushing vaccines. half the time when you need a prescription you have to get some additional authorization made which can take weeks. Obamacare has not been good to me I hope it works better for other people. I have ran into 6 month wait to see a doctor and a lot of Nonsense.
