This is my first day of Molina health service .my pharmacist says that my Molina account is invalid ...hmmm it wasn't last week when they took my money and said you are all set .it is also Friday .molina only does business with their customers 12 hours a day 5 days a week and so unless I fork out another 100 bucks for Meds I will be going without . Unfortunately I cannot do that .
I suppose I should have researched much much more before buying .oh well guess everyone has an extra 100 bucks to *** away....... What happened to the time when customers meant everything to a business .i think we have become too preoccupied to the point where we just lay down and take it .
It is a sad day when we need them more than they need us ..!!!! I hope if you read this that you have fared better than I ...

Molina cut off my husbands and my insurance due to a copy of a certificate that they needed from me. I faxed it to them loke 5 times.
Now they have it but they are unable to tell me why they cant activate my insurance again. They suck. Their customer service representatives suck.
They are incopetent. They are a rip off.

Had same experience in Dallas. No one takes the insurance even though the card they sent me lists a doctor.
The card said I could go to Urgent Care for $15 copay and I could find no Urgent Care that took the insurance. Also was vague telling me what my Primary care co/pay would be.
Have reported them to the Fed. Trade Commission at 877-438-**** as well as the State Dept of Insurance here in TX at 800-252-****.
