Customer service need to improve in thier service to the clients.

I am still waiting for my insurance card. Pearl, MS. When I went to the doctor last week and this week, they continue to ask me for card. Molina takes out direct deposit for my payments. 01/23/2020

No Script For You!

Dr prescribed one and one half tablets per day. Molina only authorizes one. Another hoop to jump through.

They won't give 90 days of a script. To find out I can get the med for less than my co pay from Molina. If I do the Good RX coupon.

As I read through these complaints I see that each one has a response from Molina saying ‘We strive to take care of our members and want to help resolve your issue....’. IS THAT TRUE? Has anyones issue actually been resolved by emailing the company OR is this just stock response from Molina public relations department?

You reply does not work. Your login does not work, your password reset does not work, your live customer service cannot reset things. Therefore I can't register a complaint makes you feel proud, I saw filed complaints with several other wonderful agencies online detailing the two hours of a nightmare which you have created be proud. All I wanted was to check if my account had been paid and if I was set up for automatic renewal. I was so foolish to believe that this could be done. I feel so sorry for your customer service having to deal with the computer mess you people have made but I bet you saved money. What I like about the Internet is there are several other sites that do work I've been using eBay and Amazon for decades without this level of problems. I will be reposting this on as many websites as I can find you give it is free advertising

Run away very fast

2 1/2 hours of going through circular menus and restarting all over again. Logging on was a nightmare not even the customer service person like could got could do it or reset my password. I filed complaints with several online agencies. I'll give you the punchline of this whole joke all I wanted to check is if I had paid and was signed up for monthly withdrawal. I have been on eBay and Amazon for decades and have never had so much trouble. I still don't know if it's right do I have health insurance or am I a dead duck? God only knows feel so sorry for the customer service rep I finally got who could not do anything with your knotted software.,

Do not rely on their customer Service

Their customer service people often give outdated information. They will tell you a provider is covered then after you obtain service and it is denied they will say the provider cancelled their contract. I guess they want you to check on a daily basis if your doctor is still on the list. I have often waited over 45 minutes to talk to someone and when I tried sending detailed emails I get a message, "sorry message was not accepted at this time. Try again later" Really? Not enough computers to handle emails?

Plan on spending hours going through their circular menus and getting locked out

I don't always set up their computer system with their circular maze of menus that lead you nowhere. I'd selected my plan and all I wanted to do was pay for automatically. Apparently this is too difficult. MOLINA waste hours of my time not even being able to confirm if I'm logged in or if I have paid

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN

I am a 59 year old man, and they assigned me a NURSE ASSISTANT PEDIATRICIAN as my primary care physician! Obviously I need to change this but you can't - NO ONE CAN!! The website keeps giving error messages anytime you try to do anything and crashes. So I thought, well, lets try the phone. Bad idea number two! For over an hour, I sat on hold waiting and waiting to try to speak with someone, ANYONE, to no avail. I feel like I got royally *** by choosing this company as my health insurance company. I only gave them "One Star ratings" because it will not allow ZERO stars, which would be more accurate.

Molina is the ABSOLUTE WORST!

DO NOT torture yourself by choosing Molina as your healthcare insurer! They will deny every pre-authorization request for prescriptions and treatment! They do not maintain proper records. They partner with another company called Desert Oasis for scheduling, so you’ll have to deal with TWO uncaring bureaucracies when trying to arrange anything at all. I was with them with them for a year before going back to Kaiser. Molina is the WORST!

Avoid this company.

Molina has been a royal pain whenever I have to deal with them. It's one mistake after another with their customer service reps contradicting themselves. To begin with, for 3 years they have been messing up in the Primary Care Physician that I selected upon the year enrollment. EVERY YEAR for 3 years has been the same thing: 1) select PCP 2) receive insurance card with WRONG PCP 3) call Molina and they cannot change it until check clears 4) Check clears but Molina cannot change it until Jan 1 when policy begins meaning no card with the right PCP until late Jan. More problems: I chose to pay my monthly premiums by mail and every year they mess up 3 to 4 months of billing. Some of their reps tell me the invoice is printed and mail on the 1st of each month which is actually a lie, because when asked the same question with a different rep they tell me the invoice is printed and mailed on separate dates as late as the 6th of the month for printing and as late as the 10th of the month when it is actually mailed. Keep in mind the dateline is on the 25th of the month. Then they tell me I'm suppose to mail them a check even if I don't receive an invoice. Yeah, sure I will. So 3 or 4 times a year I don't get an invoice until after the 25th. On 2 occasions, Molina could not even answer a simple question of "When did the invoice get mailed after printing?" Even when I do pay the monthly premiums, there were times when I would notified by messages on my phone that I am overdue and warning me I could lose cover. When I called Molina, they tell me they never received my check. I go to my bank and the bank confirmed that not only did Molina cashed my check, but they did it 15 days ago. I call back Molina and tell them I have proof they have my money and they gave me some pathetic excuse that it takes 10 to 15 days to update my account even though by then it was 16 days since they cashed my check. They took my money and it is in their bank, but it takes 10 to 15 days for this to be credited to my account? What is this? In the over 50 years I have been doing business, I have NEVER before encountered a company that does this. I think I have been more than reasonable and given Molina more than a fair shake. Even though it will cost me more money, I am going to buy insurance from someone else. There is NO WAY I am going to trust these people for insurance coverage when something goes wrong and I am in need of medical service.

Stay away

They've denied coverage for ER visits they are required to cover by law. That complaint went nowhere. They've recently denied payment for visits to a doctor I found on their website on list of providers and I verified that this doctor accepted Molina Marketplace prior to the appointments. They denied coverage for Crestor, a new statin I was prescribed because Lipitor causes an allergic reaction. I'd like to know if this company is a real company or just some scam operation stealing premiums from people. I'm very close to calling a lawyer and lodging an official complaint with our state attorney general's office.
