BEWARE

I was in prison for 15 years. And I needed my teeth cleaned after my prison release. So, I had to get on Molina and Delta Dental. As a result, the dentist that did the dental work really messed up my teeth. I had much better dental care in prison. When Molina set me up with their doctors, I was put on drugs. Every doctor that Molina assigned me to, gave hydrocodone to me. Turned me, into a drug addict. Now I am 65. And Molina had sent out my box of medical supplies that I had ordered. But, I never received my $300. worth of medical supplies. Next, they will say, I am sorry. Just more of the same bull-shit. I will be contacting President Trump. I will contact the BBB. I will expose the idiots that are not capable of being professional. Trump will be re-elected in November. Until then, we will watch the Federal Government arrest the child molesters, satanist, etc. And it will be fun to watch as President Trump removes this ignorant company and replace it with the real deal.... TRUMP2020

Need to speak with customer service!

Molina Healthcare - Need to speak with customer service!
I am being charged for one of my kids not being covered at a curtain time or day in a collection agency, which I know and was aware my children had coverage. I do have the information and I would like to speak with someone to help get that fixed.

Worst Customer Service among Health Care providers

I has Molina as a secondary and it has not been one instance when they denied coverage or decided to not pay co-pays. If you want to talk to any one, good luck. They are never available and their answering system goes in circles. 180*-869-**** is absolutely useless. Even the letters of denials are completely incomprehensible. I do not ever recommend this company to anyone.

Trying to use insurance

Molina is absolutely worthless...I have been not feeling well for days. Molina has been no help. They have referred me to an Urgent Care that does not even participate. They also assigned me a dr that does not participate. I switched to another dr. When I called to make an apt. The office never even heard of him...this is just the tip of the iceberg. I do not understand how such a *** company is still in business

The worse terrible insurance ever

If you hear the name Molina Insurance run don't ever take this insurance the worse customer service reps rude,uncompassionate, and not knowledgeable people to deal with you may die waiting for them to approve any tests or procedures if you file a grievance with the company they say they will contact you with in seven business days you never hear from them again wont fill prescriptions ordered by your physician the company has no business being in business rated the worst insurance in the market place

I can only describe dealing with molina like trying to deal with the monkey house at the zoo. No two people ever give you the same answer, but nothing e er gets done

Molina keeps switching my primary care physician even though they sent me a card with him listed. He is listed on their website. He has a contract with molina and sees molina customers daily. Yet molina claims they have never heard of him. They have denied my appeal because he is not in network. Two molina reps claimed the photocopy of my member services card they sent me must be a forgery. The funny thing is. I conti ue to see my dr and they continue to pay him.

Loss of time and money

What a joke the levels of nincompoops who are purposely untrained and unskilled in common customer service. No accountability and I'd like to recognize Diego from the Welcome group for compelelty dropping the ball along with Yami supervisor Florida reference #C0001374**** wasting 40 minutes of my life, accomplishing nothing and not even able to remember why I was calling. Pathetic and someone hold these 2 accountable, you can hear the recorded phone call Joe Zubretsky if you care.

Choose any insurance but Molina

Molina says to call them with questions and service and will give you any answer to get you off there back. Will not give you there book on rules that you as insured should be able to get.I have called 4 times now on a question and have gotten 4 different answers.They dont know how to read there own book to inform you as to what coverage you have or can use.Was informed 6 times i called that I could see a Dr. for a free office call and told Dr. the same that molina said it would be free office call. I now have a bill for $312.00 and molina said the Dr. has that right to bill me and I have to Pay. What happened to the free office call I asked and was told they diddnt know and I told them to look into recorderd phone call I had with them and they said they could not or are not willing and I have to pay bill.So what is the point that I called all thoses time and have first name of person and recorded call? Nothing done . And I had to pay bill.Thanks for the wrong information and neglect on your behalf

Run from this insurance

Absolute garbage insurance. I recently switched insurance carriers the first of the year without thoroughly researching it first and now I am really regretting my decision. I should have stayed with my previous insurance but was trying to go the cheaper route which it turns out is costing me a fortune. Molina insurance company denies almost everything! It's as if that's their company motto. I have yet to receive an invoice for which they have paid more than 10% of the bill, and I have stacks of bills to prove it. If you are considering Molina, I strongly urge you to reconsider. If not I can guarantee you will regret it.
