I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach a representative for several hours. I can’t even leave a message because your mailbox in full. How is that? I was paying 127 dollars a month up to September. I sent a payment last August for that amount and it was processed. Today I got a bill for 471 and 78 cents. On 9/19/2016 I spoke to 2 different customer service reps agents regarding my Bronze policy, Wisconsin, Healthcare market place. I was told when I asked each of them how long the processing of a payment by phone by check would take, that it would take 3-5 businrss days. I planned my payments to other creditors based on that information. Much to my surprise, less then 16 hours later my payment processed, and was debited from my bank account. ... Read more

Try to schedule an appointment for the 3rd time in Naples office , they never have opening for new patients receptionist told me that maybe like in 3 months , they can have a opening, and what should I do ?"" keep checking ones a week"" the respond from the receptionist, I call and call and call but seems like they well never going to get new patiennts so at this point have to take my daughter to the hospital and of course Molina wont cover this... I switched to Molina less than a year ago, and have spent the last eight weeks trying to cancel my membership. They didn't cover any of the prescriptions my previous healthcare covered, and their selection of providers was significantly limited, to the point that even basic specialists were not available to me at all. Every time i get a prescription it needs to be pre-authorized. I have had these conditions for 10 plus years and still takes over two weeks to get authorized. When I'm off the meds i get in trouble and end up the hospital. Seems to me you would grant access to my meds sooner before you incur hospital charges right? I've had bad experiences with them so the best way to handle dealing with Molina Healthcare is to file a complaint with your states insurance commissioner regarding your issue, there needs to be a record about how they are treating customers on file, then the insurance commissioner will open a case against them and will be the mediator for you, they will have a certain amount of days to respond and the insurance commissioner will send you a copy... I made sure that my prescription drugs were covered by their plan. When I took my prescriptions to the pharmacy they kept asking for additional authorizations which my doctor sent in. Even though the 3 tier level drug was listed on their plan, they NEVER authorized it to be filled. My doctor had to write 5 different prescriptions before they would let one go thru. When I can get a appt.and I mean if, the drs get you in and out like cattle at the VCC grapevine vista.I cant tell you how many times I have spoken with dr about sude effects of meds. I take they disreguard what I say or they asl me which meds is it? Absolutely the worst IT and customer service in this industry. Molina, EpiPen, and Martin Shrikeli will be the ultimate reasons for Single Payer finally becoming a reality in the United States. It's pure greed: they hire the least educated, and not coincidentally, cheapest employees, as they grift the patient/customers for bucks at our expense in time, blown coverage, etc...
